RETURNS & REFUNDS
Portello Parts Ltd T/A Alfastop, recognise that there are times where we have all purchased the wrong thing or have simply changed our minds. We offer a 14day returns policy. Should you change your mind for any reason you need to contact us on sales@alfastop.co.uk as soon as possible. You will need to arrange for the item to be returned to us in the condition it was sold. The customer is liable for the cost of returns in these instances. We ask that for those outside the UK to mark the item as a Returns on any customs forms and the outer packaging. Once we receive the item/s we will email you to confirm and issue a refund for the item/s
We aim to ensure that all items sold are in good working order and have been checked to highest standards, we recognise that there are times that items can arrive damaged or may be defective. In these instances please get in touch with us sales@alfastop.co.uk and we can look to send a replacement, refund and to also make arrangements for the collection of the defective or damaged item.

If the item/s arrive and appear to be damaged in transit we would ask that the customer take photos of the damaged packaging and send this to us. We will arrange for replacement items to be sent to you and arrange for the damaged items to be collect via our courier services.

There are times when a customer will request a used part this will show on the invoice as used part and sold via OAP, (old alfa Parts) where a used part is available it will be checked, a clear description will be provided to the customer with regards to condition and also pictures of the item can also be sent to the customer and any measurements. If for some reason the item is not as described upon receipt of the item please contact us on sales@alfastop.co.uk

We cannot offer any refund on used parts, unless they do not fit the description.
