A transparent self-adhesive holder for the Italian "bollo", or car tax disc, which was displayed on the car windscreen. Internal dimensions approx 88mm x 88mm. A similar holder was also used to display the annual car insurance certificate. Taking a photo of a transparent item is rather challenging!
