Order Requests
You can complete an Order Request via the website which operates similar to an online shopping cart. Simply add the products you are interested in to your cart and when you have finished browsing, complete the Order Request check out process and this will be sent to us. No payment is taken at this stage.
Shipping
Once we receive your Order Request, and picked your order we will then source the best shipping rates for you, with either DHL or Postal service. We will then email you with your invoice which includes the shipping costs.
How Do I Pay?
When we send your invoice, it will include a "PayBy" link. This link enables you to pay online and is the same process you use when checking out of an online platform. We also accept BACS and WISE.
